When playing or recording at sample rates above 44.1k and 48k (i.e. 88.2k, 96k, 176.4k, 192k) results in error 6075. (Too many TDM time slots)
 
A:
Check the clock connections. With Pro Tools 5.3.1 loop sync is supported. In one instance this error was caused by connecting the ext clock out of the SYNC I/O to the loop sync in on the 192 I/O--Loop sync out of the 192 I/O to the ext clock in on the SYNC I/O.Correcting the clock connection to be 100% loop sync (i.e. Loop sync out the SYNC I/O to the loop sync in on the 192 I/O, and loop sync out of the 192 I/O to the loop sync in on the SYNC I/O) resolved the error.
