When I try to import a track from an audio CD using Import Audio From Other...

When I try to import a track from an audio CD using Import Audio From Other Movie, I get an error message: QuickTime could not import this file, on a Windows XP PC.

Pro Tools on Windows XP PC's cannot extract audio from CD's to import into Pro Tools using the Movie Menu's Import Audio From Other Movie. This is a Mac only feature.
