First, make sure the cable between the breakout box and the PCI card is plugged in.

Then, verify that the extra computer power cable is hooked to the PCI slot inside your computer. This is a floppy drive power cable which connects directly to the PCI card to provide power to the breakout box. Remember to never make these connections with your computer turned on.
