Q:
I'm running the Groovebox "Enter ProTools" or "Explore ProTools" Tutorial video on my PC and I don't get sound out from my Digidesign hardware.
A:
Here's what you'll want to do to hear the tutorial video through your Digi002.
1. visit www.digidesign.com 2. Click the SUPPORT link across the top of Digidesign's home page. 3. Click the DOWNLOADS link in the Support section. 4. At the Downloads page, scroll down - almost to the bottom and look for WaveDrivers for Windows Systems on the right side (will be in alphabetical order). 5. At this next page look for Digi MME Helper and click follow the link. This will take to a website for the dowload of this program. * You'll notice that there are some instructions at the digidesign page for installing. 6. Install the MME Helper application onto your PC with the Digi002. 7. Before launching MME Helper, run the "Enter_Pro_Tools.exe" or "Explore_Pro_Tools.exe" file to launch the tutorial. 8. While Explore ProTools is running, launch MME Helper. This applicaton will give you a "ADD" option where you can add the tutorial application and "update." 9. Exit out of MME Helper - you may also need to Exit the "Explore" or "Enter" ProTools program and launch it again to make these changes take effect.
