Q:
I tried to install the FireBox on my PC, but I can only get one installation wizard to come up. What can I do?

First, check the sync light on the FireBox with the Firewire cable completely disconnected. If the light turns red, you should uninstall the FireBox drivers using the Add/Remove Programs application, then reboot the computer and try to install the drivers again (paying close attention to all instructions and any error messages that may come up). If the light remains blue with no Firewire cable attached, please contact PreSonus technical support.
