Asus changed the built in audio controller on the motherboard used for the CSTowerLE and CSTowerPlus without our knowledge so the installer that is included in the OS image is incorrect.  I have added the correct installer to the image so all future builds will be correct, but if you get a customer that has similar complaints to this RA please have them uninstall the Realtek software through Add Remove Programs and instead install the Soundmax drivers from the motherboard CD included in the accessory pack.
