Q:
Do I need to connect the RCA cables from the turntable to my computer? My computer does not have any jacks for RCA connections. What do I do?
A:
The best way to connect your TTUSB to your computer is via USB. If you use USB you don’t need to connect the RCA cables to your computer. However, you can also connect the turntable via RCA to your home stereo for use without the computer. Home stereo receivers can have two types of analog audio inputs: Line Level and Phono Level. They both use the same standard RCA connection. Line Level inputs are typically labeled "CD, DVD, VCR, AUX, LINE" etc. Phono inputs will always be labeled "Phono." Make sure to select the proper signal level (on the bottom of the TTUSB) for the type of stereo input you are using. If you’re using USB only, the switch position does not matter.
