To resolve this issue first try downloading and installing the latest InterLok / PACE drivers by going to: www.paceap.com Install the downloaded drivers (tpkd), and restart the computer. You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the drivers. Uninstall by running the same downloaded installer (tpkd) and selecting the "Remove" option. If none of these steps solve the issue then you may need to manually remove the driver, then uninstall and reinstall Pro Tools: Open Device Manager (Control Panel > System > Hardware Tab) From the 'View' menu select 'Show hidden devices' Click the + next to 'Non-Plug and Play Drivers' Right-click on TPkd and select uninstall Restart the computer Use 'Add or Remove Programs' (Control Panel) to remove Pro Tools Upon restart, reinstall Pro Tools by running the installer on the Pro Tools CD
