My HHB FlashMic isn't mounting on my computer

My HHB FlashMic isn't mounting on my computer.

First, try another computer to find a computer that it does mount correctly on.

Then, download and install the latest firmware from hhb.co.uk
It should mount correctly after the firmware update.
