*These files may be hidden. Open the Terminal program located in the Applications...Utilities folder. Type: cd /Library/Preferences/ to go to the directory where the file resides. Type: ls to view files. To remove the Reason data file, type: rm "Reason Data" . Type: ls again to confirm deletion.
