Launch Broadband Noise Reduction and Hum Removal (DINR) do not appear, or are grayed out in SDII DSP menu.

1) QuickTime not installed in Extensions (system 7.0 or 7.0.1)
2) DINR not in SDII Plug-Ins folder.
3) SDII Plug-Ins folder named incorrectly (SDII plug-ins).
4) SDII Plug-Ins folder not in same directory (folder) as SDII.
