To upgrade we need the serial numbers of ALL pieces of the customers DA88 set up. You must get DA88, SY88, RC848, MU8824, and IF88 serial number.

Having older or different versions of software in any component of this system can and does cause operational problems. It is a likely source of problems, and should be the first question asked when troubleshooting someones system. An example would be a guy that bought the da88 2 yrs ago, and recently added the sy88 with the latest software installed. He never updated the software in the da 88 and is now having problems.
