The pitch on the voices start to waver and eventually goes out of tune especially after it has been on after about 20 minutes. Voices wavering or out of tune.

There is an updated software chip that corrects this problem. Contact Voce and they will send the chip with replacement instructions.

This problem was taken care of in manufacturing. All units with serial numbers under 200 (the last 3 digits) are probably susceptible to this problem.
