If the CardD is only clicking and popping with Cakewalk Pro Audio and not the CardD DOS utility, then . . . Why does CPA 4.0 sound like an old record (pops and clicks) with my CardD?
A:
Most likely, the customer has version 4.0 and is using a video card which requires a graphics accelerator, but does not have one installed. You can correct this problem by adding an accelerator, reducing the number of colors in use, or upgrading to Cakewalk 4.01.
