Chipburner!, Eproms Chip Burner - Eprom Sizes
A:
Kurzweil K250/K250RMX - Version 6.2 = 256K
Kurzweil K250/K250RMX - Version 7 = 512K Kurzweil K250 - Sw800/SW900 = 512K (Must be loaded as straight) Kurzweil K1000 series keyboard V5.32 - 1meg Kurzweil K1000 series rack V5.32 - 512K Kurzweil K1000 series soundrom - 4 meg Kurzweil K2000 engines - 3.54 - 4meg Kurzweil K2000 base setup ROM - 1meg Kurzweil K2000 ROM1 or ROM2 - 2meg Kurzweil K2000 ROMF (1&2) - 4meg Alesis ADAT V4.03 - 512K = 27C512-100 Alesis BRC V2.04 - 1meg= 27C101K-200 Alesis ADATXT V1.07 - 1meg = 27C010A-120 ALESIS ADATLX20 V1.03 - 1meg= 27C010-90DC ALESIS ADATXT20 V2.02 - 1meg= 27C010-90DC TASCAM DA88 V4.01 - 512K = 27C512 -150 TASCAM SY88 1 meg = 27C010 -120 Nordlead - 4meg NOTE *It is best to reburn the same IC after erasure, but substituting can be done. Example: M27C512-10FI ; The letters before the first number is the manufacturer, different manufactureres can be used to replace the original in the "device" list. The numbers between the first letters and the dash are the part series and size (27C512) . These MUST match the original . After the dash is the speed of the device (-10FI ) . It is CRITICAL this must be the same number or LOWER since it means how fast it works. Example number here is -10FI, the burner will show this on the list as - ##FI. Speed can be marked as 3 digits(###), but the third digit is always a zero, so some are marked with just the first two digits(##). They mean the same, I.E: 10D is the same as 100D for speed. ALSO: Some ICs will have another number indicating it is to be burned at 12.5 volts. These must be burnt at this voltage and are a little tricky. If your original IC doesn't have this, burn another without this marking or see Mark Phillips . |
