Once you've activated an online purchase of a ProTools upgrade, you can always download the update installer by visiting digidesign.com and clicking the "MyDigi" link at the top of the homepage. You'll be asked to log into your account. Once logged in, you'll see 7.4 under your "Registered Downloads."
