Sony is no longer replacing out of box headphones. The are repairing them. So before you replace some guys 3 or 4 month old phones, remember they will be repaired. And if we send a customer a complete new pair, and all he returns is the phones themselves, then we got no box, and will not be able to get a box. This order came from very high up at Sony so it is pretty much set in stone. As it was told to me this is even beyond Chuck so be cautious on Sony headphones that you replace.
