Inside case of wireless transmitter belt-pack:

Hi-Lo switch: RF transmit power. Use in LO position unless you need extended range. HI position will drain battery faster.

MT adjust: Mic Trim

GT adjust: Guitar Trim

...note...mic and guitar inputs use seperate pins in input connector.
