Remedy: V2.04 will correct for this. Customers can download V2.04 from the Alesis website. However, the existing headhours must be corrected by Alesis service centers. We have a special service Key (Only for us) to use in setting the headhours. I suggest doing all of this at one time at a service center, as not to be confusing trying to calculate the headhours before and after V2.04 is installed. -GPB

NOTE; It is important to remind the customers the M20 differs from other Adats in that the head contacts the tape whenever the tape is loaded down in the machine. Therefor the headhours count in play AND WHEN TAPE IS PARKED. Remember not to leave the tapes down in the machine during nonuse.
