What is the warranty period for Mark of the Unicorn / MOTU hardware? How can I get my MOTU hardware fixed if it's out of warranty?
A:
MOTU's warranty for all hardware is 90 days (parts and labor).
Any MOTU hardware that requires non-warranty repair, can be repaired at MOTU for a flat fee of $49.95 ($19.95 for Fastlane-USB). All repairs, whether in or out of warranty, are performed at MOTU headquarters only. Contact MOTU support at 617-576-3066 for repairs. |
