When dealing with any Antares HARDWARE such as the ATR-1, please have the customer call Antares Tech support at 888-332-2636 (in Names). They will take the customer through some preliminary troubleshooting to determine if the unit indeed requires service. If the unit is under warranty (1 year at least), they will cover shipping and they have a loaner program.
