- The latest firmware version is currently 1.62 (available at Glyphtech.com)

- Flashing the firmware not only improves performance, burt is a good tool for resetting ATTO cards which are causing problems in systems. It's very similar to resetting a keyboard or trashing prefs of an application.
After flashing the firmware on an ATTO card, be sure to set Sync rate to 20(10) down from 40(20), and turn wide transfers off [using the ExpressPCI console]
