Can I use a 4-pin Firewire with MOTU 828?
A:
MOTU provides a standard 6-pin FW cable with the 828. However, if you purchase your own 6-pin to 4-pin FW cable, you can directly interface the 828 with laptops that have 4-pin Firewire connections.
