Q:
I can't get ASIO drivers to recognize in Cubase, Logic, or Reason.
A:
The MOTU driver, when installed, searches to see if Cubase is installed. If not, it will not highlight the ASIO driver on the installer. Conversely, if it finds it, it will not highlight the wave driver, disallowing Windows sounds. You can re-run the setup on the MOTU PCI-324 disc and simply select both (or all three if you have the GSIF drivers) and restart your computer. Your ASIO should be working fine.
