When I launch Jam I get a Mac OS error -200.The program is running but...

When I launch Jam I get a Mac OS error -200.The program is running but I have no Tracks Window.How come?

Go under the word “edit” in Jam. Go to “prefrences”. Then change your “Sound Out” to “Built In”. Now choose “New” from under the word “File”.
