Yes, absolutely. Powered Plug-Ins will support any sampling rate your DAW supports. Unlike multi-chip DSP cards where a plug-in that requires an entire chip at 48KHz simply cannot run any faster, the single UAD-1 processor has ample bandwidth to run all plug-ins at 24 bit/96 kHz.
