TDM ERRORS & LOST AUDIO WITH PT 5.1

It is still possible to experience:
- Audio routing loss
- 'hosed TDM connections'
- Crash on Quit
when expanding (shuffling) the stereo Mixer Plug-In across MIX/Merle cards.
Fixed in 24-bit Mixer 5.1cs3.
