Why won't my MPC2000 power up
A:
Setting up MPC2000 to send and recieve MIDI
1. From the Main Screen, use the left/right/up/down arrows to highlight the track information area below TR: 01-Track-01 S:DRUM1: OFF NewPgm-A 2. With OFF highlighted, use the data wheel to change it to "1A-Device01" 3. With "1A..." still highlighted, press OPEN WINDOW 4. In the Midi Output window that opens, change "AS TRACK" to "OFF" by uising the Data wheel. Then press the CLOSE (F4) key. Refer to the MPC2000's Users Manual for more information on these settings
