Q:
What’s the difference between the 1642-VLZ PRO and, say, a 1604-VLZ PRO?
A:
A: Six less mic inputs, two headphone outputs, separate headphone and control room volumes, stereo line channels, and XLR Main Outputs on the 1642-VLZ PRO. We could get crazy describing all those, but as far as mic pre’s, frequency response, etc, they are very similar. The technology is essentially the same. Oh, and the cool roto-pod on the 1604-VLZ PRO®.
