Q:
Setting Up Your Delta Card To Work With Logic (ASIO)

A:
1. Go to Audio menu and then select Audio Preferences.

2. Check that nothing is checked in any of the checkboxes on the Audio Driver Tab. If anything is checked, uncheck it.

3. Next, click on the Audio Driver 2 tab.

4. From here, check the ASIO checkbox and then and Select the M Audio Delta ASIO driver from the Driver menu. It will ask you to reboot Logic, press the Try Relaunch button. You will want to restart Logic after changing this to get your tracks correctly assigned.

5. Towards the bottom, put a check in the 20/24-bit Recording and Monitoring checkboxes.

6. Click Close when you're finished.

7. Now from the Arrange window, double-click on an Audio track and you will get into the mixer section of Logic.

8. You should now be at the Mixer section of Logic.
From Audio track1 you will need to decide whether you are going to record a mono track or stereo on the O next to Rec. O represents mono, while OO represents stereo. This setting is located at the bottom of each fader.
