Does the HDR act as a sequencer as well as a recorder?
A:
It does not have any special MIDI sequencing application built-in, but you can load in a MIDI tempo map and quantize audio regions to that tempo. You can select a variety of timing options from right-clicking on the top portion of the timeline indication bar in the edit window.
