Q:
I have installed the Fuse™ card and the installation software, however, I get a red “X” in the Fuse™ INIT icon at system startup.
A:
- Make sure that you have properly installed the Fuse™ card and that it is firmly seated in the PCI slot. Verify that the following components are in their proper places:
Aurora Fuse™ Driver into the Extensions folder ~Aurora Fuse™ INIT into the Extensions folder Aurora Fuse™ PlaybackStrip into the Control Strip Modules folder If the Fuse™ software components are in their proper places as noted above, then there may be a malfunction with the Fuse™ card. Try reinstalling the Fuse™ software from the CD-ROM and reseat the PCI card. If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer for information on resolving this issue.
