digitech RP12: How do I assign a CC in the RP12 for a particular function like distortion or reverb etc.?
A:
Go to the parameter you want to control then highlight that feature i.e. (Distortion on/bypass).
Press MIDI and then press the right parameter button twice.
Go into CC Assignments.
Press Assign then press the top parameter button to link to CC Pedal or Toggle CC#.
Press MIDI to come out then press Store twice.
To see the parameter change, go into MIDI then go right twice to CCs Display and turn on.
