My Steinberg USB2MIDI doesn’t get a midi in or out signal in Cubase VST

1. Follow the previous suggestions
2. If using OMS, make sure it’s OMS 2.3.8 or higher.
3. Check USB devices in the Windows Control Panel to verify it’s properly loaded.
