Q:
The printer output is pooled or smearing. What causes this?
A:
Make certain the media has an ink jet printable surface. If printing on media other than TuffCoat, try reducing the ink saturation. Other disc coatings may not accept the ink as well as TuffCoat. The saturation defaults to 100%, or maximum coverage. Try reducing the saturation to 65% or lower if needed.
