Yes. The six analog inputs (2 mic pre, 2 instrument pre, 2 line level) and 2 digital inputs (S/PDIF) can all send signal into the computer at once. The analog inputs are mixed to two channels and there is one gain control per preamp. There are also auxiliary inputs which go directly to the Solo monitor section.
