Q:
I have misplaced my freemidi extensions. Will it harm Digital Performer if i reinstall them?
A:
No it wont “Harm” digiital Performer. But technically you shouldnt be able to launch DP with out it. I'm assuming that your not! Just do a Easy install of Freemidi (You can download the latest version of FreeMidi at motu.com) andf then restart.Now create a new FreeMidi configuration ,save it , leave it open and then launch DP.You can then quit FreeMidi and work in DP.
