Why does my MAC AV keep crashing in LOGIC
A:
Normally the only time that the MAC AV crashes is when you have your Audio card (Digi001, Motu2408, MOTU 828 and so on) assigned to be your SOUND MANAGER output.
Normally when you purchase these cards, they should only be used within the application that you are recording... What happens in Logic is that the computer looks to launch MAC AV but then tries to launch your AUDIOcard's separate driver too therefore attacking the same card twice and the program shuts down....
