How do I Zap the PRAM on my Mac?

This will reset most Control Panel settings stored in Parameter RAM. This is useful when this data becomes corrupted.

1.Shut the Mac down.

2.Now restart and quickly hold down the "Comand" , "Option" , "P" and "R"
buttons.

3.Now let the Mac restart/chime 3-4 times before letting go.

4.Now when the Mac boots back up, your PRAM will be reset!
