Q:
What must I do if I just want to see the contents of certain sequences but just display the names of others? I know about the option in the View menu to view "Object Contents" but this isn't specific enough.
 
A:
With MIDI sequences, you can view the contents of selected sequences by adding the "@" sign in front of their names. For instance, "@Bassline 1" instead of "Bassline 1".
 
HINT: Find this sign by pressing "ALT Gr" + "q" on PCs, or "SHIFT" + "ALT" + "1" on a MAC.
