Q:
The Input Monitoring of my Audiowerk2/8 is not stable. The monitor signal is delayed, or there are tick noises.

A:
It's recommended that you switch off Monitoring, under Audio > Audio Hardware and Drivers, and to monitor the signal which is to be recorded directly instead. In order to do so, route the signal you want to record both to the subgroup of your analog mixer (which is connected to Logic's audio inputs), and also to the monitor output which is connected with the amplifier input you are listening to. If you're always listening to an output of your analog mixer which might be called "Main Mix" or "L/R Mix", always route the signal to be recorded to this main output, too. No delay or ticks will occur, then. You don't have to worry about missing any possible clipping or distortion, because Logic will warn you with an error message.
