Most SCSI hard drives that are fully compatible with Macintosh computers will work with the 700 Series digital samplers. Our samplers format up to 600MB per drive. Rackmount drives are available from companies listed in Contact Sources on page 4.

The Iomega ZIp and Jaz drives should have system 2.24 for the S-760 and 2.25 for the S-770/750 samplers. The SP-700 will need the 1.12 EEPROM update to support the newer ZIP drives.
* The JS-30 needs ROM version 1.03 to work with Zip 100 drives. The DJ-70MkII needs Operating System 1.02 to work with Iomega Jaz drives. The SP-808 can use both Zip 100 & 250 drives, but can only use the 100Mb disks. We have also been able to use the Zip 250 with the S-550 and W-30 samplers which can format up to 80MB of each cartridge.
