Yes and No...

When the keyboard is in KB3 mode - it takes many layers to operate this function. It also takes up MIDI channels so your become limited on how much polyphony and how many channels are available within your sequence.
The inital reason that the KB3 mode was created was to give the real action and feel of a Hammond B3 for our live performers and our studio musicians who don't want to lug around a MAMMOTH organ around to sessions....
