Q:
When I add my GM set to my Kurzweil, it doesn't show up on any of my patchlist for any of my programs (ie.. LOGIC,CUBASE, CAKEWALK...etc)
A:
In both MIDI translators - OMS and FREEmidi, there is a setup module that has the pacthlist names of the K2000/K2500/K2600 keyboards. But because the Kurzweil series keyboards are NOT general midi compatibile, you have to load these sounds in separately, these sounds do not show up as a standard bank of sounds.
In order for you to update this, you must add a bank of sounds to whichever Midi translator Patchlists you are working on - Either OMS or Freemidi. Each of these programs have their own way of adding banks. Please see that programs documentation for their method.
