There are 2 reasons that your program or your computer may boot in German -

1) if you leave your LOGIC cd in the tray and reboot your computer, sometimes the computer will stop and boot in German

2) in your Prefrences > Display > section there is an option where you can change the DEFAULT LANGUAGE - choose english
