Q:
I installed ReCycle on my computer and when I tried running it my computer crashed. Why?
A:
Please check you extensions folder in your systems folder. There will probably be something there called 'ObjectSupportLib'. It's an outdated system extension that doesn't belong in MacOS 8 or later, and you can safely delete this extension. The extension should be removed when upgrading to MacOS 8, but some programs, like Netscape Navigator installs it again.
