Check in LogicRPC in Audio - Audio Hardware & Drivers. Make sure Wave Player is not checked, and make sure ASIO is. ASIO driver should be M Audio Delta ASIO. If you change to this, you will need to restart LogicRPC. If you see Audio tracks 1-8 in your arrange windows, your ASIO drivers are setup correctly.
