Q:
If I change the tempo of a midi and audio project in Cakewalk Pro Audio 9, will it change my audio files to match?
A:
Yes, it will stretch / shrink the files without changing pitch to match the new tempo. Remember that this is a difficult mathematical algorithm, and is not perfect if it is altered greatly, so any change more than 10% or so may produce noticable artifacts. Cakewalk's algorithm isn't the best, but it will do for small tempo modifications.
