There's nothing to worry about. Apparently, the part that goes into the Virus is a bit long. S some users with soldering experience have managed to replace the end with a shorter one, but that's a lot of work for a small gain.
You may be able to rig up a small bracket to alleviate the tension on the cord, but I haven't gotten any info about specifics.
