1. Press the TRACK button in the RECORDER section
2. Press F1 to display TR View
3. Metronome "METRO" settings are at the bottom right corner of the screen.
4. Use the cursor keys to highlight the ON/OFF button, and press ENTER to turn it on.
5. Move the cursor right to the Metronome volume knob, use the jog/shuttle wheel to turn the metronome volume knob up.
6. Press the SONG button, and press F4 to view the TEMPO MAP.
7. Use the cursor keys to highlight the TEMPO, and change the tempo to the desired tempo by using the jog/shuttle wheel.
8. When you play, the metronome will now play out the main/monitor outputs.
